The BookFolder app does not log, record, or track any personal information at all. It uses only the system-provided libraries, and code that I wrote myself; it contains no third-party frameworks or other code that might get up to anything behind the scenes.
Books or other documents that you read in BookFolder stay on your device (or on any computers or servers where you store device backups).
BookFolder has no access to anything on your device apart from its own sandboxed file area, or the specific files that the system provides to it when you use the Import or Select Cover features.
In summary, your books and reading activities are your own business and yours alone, and BookFolder will leave you to it.
